My 2012 850 touring limited edition died on my last ride. I installed a new battery, and CPS sensor. Checked spark, and replaced plugs. Tested fuel injectors, pumping gas and has power to each one. Fuel pressure at 43. When i add gas to the chambers it starts and runs, till the gas is gone. I checked brake switch, and can't find any wiring breaks so far. Fuses all good. I would bring into shop, but they have a month to two month waiting list. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have a polaris 850
new stator new voltage regulator new plugs and wires and coil packs it cranks but wont spark.
I even tried a different ecu.
Did you ever find out what your atv problem was?
Please help

 

my 850 sportsman has similar issues. It will start if I spray fuel in the intake and then it dies again. I have good fuel pressure and spark.... might this be an ECM?
