my sportsman 850 is snorkeled and everything has a super slow throttle response and bogs when you floor it till it catches up and also smells like it is running rich becuase i can smell fuel at times

 

That in itself may be the reason if the air intake is altered on a fuel injected machine. Sometimes the computer may not be able to adjust or compensate and you may have to have Digital Wrench reflash the computer to make it run right.
