is there a way to find out who made the Panttera 500 cc quad or where I can find parts for it.

 

Just Googled it and Panteras (single t) are made by ATV, QUAD, DIRT BIKE - Zhejiang OMOW Industrial Co.,Ltd which doesn't help much. However google Pantera ATV and see if you get any spares outlets. Unfortunately for you, Arctic Cat use the name too, so you will get lots of links to them.
