I would like to thank you guys for your help a long the journey with this atv. After countless hours of research I finally figured out what chinese atv I have. It is a 2005 Kazuma Falcon 250cc. After ordering parts, tons of hours of work she is alive and well. I will post some pics when I get the plastics back on.
