Hey I have a 1999 Polaris magnum 500 it has one single spark and then nothing. I have replace the stator coil and cdi box after replace the cdi box I got one spark and that was it I have unhooked the black wire from the cdi box unhooked the speedo I look at the throttle box to make sure that safety switch in there wasn’t making contact idk what else it would be send help

 

Did you replace the pickup coil as well or stator only? And is the stator after market? I won't mention names not was it a nice experience but I received a bad new after stator. Silly question but did you check the plug boot? I've been there, cut a small peice off and screwed it back in,

 

Yeah I replace the pickup as well and yes I cut the extra off the plug to be able to screw it is
