Default Sportsman 500 carb issue, running out of ideas. Help!!

Hoping someone could help me out. I have a 2002 sportsman 500 leaking fuel out of the overflow valve on the bottom of the carb. Rebuilt the carb same issue. Bought another carb online once again it leaked. Bought a second carb same issue. Adjusted the float and needle so that it was seated and hardly had enough room to open up. Quad idles and accelerates well, however still dripping during idle and while accelerating. Does not leak when the quad is off. Checked the fuel its clean no particles. Put a new check valve in and checked all vents out of fuel tank. Even ran quad without the gas cap on same issue. Replaced the fuel pump same issue. I'm completely out of ideas. Appears the fuel pressure is too high pressing the needle out of the seat allowing fuel to flow as it only leaks when running. Need ideas on what to check next to alleviate this issue. All suggestions and any help is greatly appreciated.
