Default 2015 DVX 300 Transmission Grinding

Hey Guys, so my young fella got his bike stuck a few days ago. He says he wasn’t smashing it between F&R, and I like
to believe him as he treats his stuff good.
The transmission is grinding pretty good. When I put it in forward I can move about 6-8’ then it’s like it slips and makes these noises.
When I put it in reverse I can only move about 3-4’ and same noise.
I am more then capable of tearing into it, but just wondering what in particular I may look at?
And does anyone happen to have a shop
manual I can download?
Thanks!

Zrock, what’s the procedure for adjusting the linkage?
I have never done any work on 4 Wheeler Engines and Transmisisons before.

If your gonna keep this machine get a "factory" service manual, it will become quite valuable for servicing and maintaining your quad. Linkage adjustments are not difficult but different for each machine, thus the need for a manual. I hope your issues are as easy as an adjustment...welcome to the forums!

That’s why I asked if anyone had a PDF download I could get. I don’t mind paying, but I’d like to get the bike fixed the next few days so don’t have time to order one and wait.
