I know there are a lot of threads on here that have manual links and I have tried to go into as many as possible, but none of them seem to have one for the 2016 models. For the experts on here, how much of a difference are there from the 2015 and 2016 sportsman 570 EFI? Should I go ahead and get a 2015 manual or wait. I just want to have my service manual ready just in case. How long does it normally take a manual company to put out new version or are they doing updates to current tech data like the military would do (i.e...supplements). There have to be manuals out there, otherwise technicians wouldn't be able to work on these bikes. Thoughts?

I'd wait.. It took some time even for us at the shop to be able to get manuals for recent released models. There's always changes from each model year especially when it comes to electronics and problem areas from previous models that were corrected on later models.Even when we did get manuals we were always getting addendum pages to paste over outdated sections. Never ending story on some models with all the constant changes. Only cheap pdf links I've found for some 2016 Polaris models were the Razr line.Even on the Polaris site just shows mainly high dollar hard cover manuals for the Rangers available right now.

 

Thanks OPT. That is what I was thinking, but figured I would throw it out there. That was how they typically did it in the military, publish a new manual and for the next 6 months we were adding supplements. Thanks.
