Default 2007 Polaris sportsman 800

Good evening everyone,
my son and I went hunting, ATV started 4 or 5 times throughout the day, we came back from a hike and when I tried to start it the instrument panel would not light up. Check battery cables tight, battery charged, but did find a 20 amp fuse burnt and melted. Replaced it nothing. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

thanks
Mike

sounds like you have a major short some where if it blew a 20 amp fuse. if the battery is 100 % charged then it's time to start tracing the wiring from the battery to check for a grounded out wire.
