No juice to instrument panel

No juice to instrument panel
Good afternoon,
I have a 2007 Polaris Sportsman 800. We were out hunting. Returned a few hours later to no juice to the instrument panel. Pull the 20 AMP fuse and it was melted, replaced the fuse and still no juice, any suggestions would be great.
