I have a Polaris Magnum 330 that only goes full throttle with choke on. It runs fine but when you go wide open it just doesn’t seem like it’s giving all it’s got until i pull out the choke. I know for sure because it runs WOT at around 5700 rpm and then if i pull out the choke at WOT it runs around 5900 rpm and the speed increases. Any ideas on what this might be?? Thinking maybe carb needs cleaned out. Also when you first give it throttle it chops for 1/2 a second then engages. Any help appreciated thanks.

 

Oh yeah, carb related.
Going to want to check out intake and carb boots as well.
