Default Help, 2004.5 polaris sportsman 700

Hi, the atv I am working on is missing badly and popping when you try to throttle it up. have cleaned out the carb twice now, replaced cdi box and ignition coil
Have checked the intake boot from head to carb, no cracks. Have checked the kill points in the throttle housing too, they are ok, not touching. Have bypassed fuel pump too. Help please!

Another spot to look for leaks, is in the rubber boot from the airbox to carb.
Mine had a big hole in the underside of it, right where it clamps to the carb. Something easy to check anyway.

Yeah, checked that too, took off bike and examined it, had some surface cracks, but not all the way threw
