Puzzled. I have a 2018 Polaris 570SP with an intermittent display problem. Before I start the engine, the display works fine. When I start the engine, the display seems fine. When the ATV moves, the display turns off/on randomly. For extremely small periods of time even less than a second, it will loose the back light, then the data, (All the data, screen is blank), then it will display properly for 3-5 seconds, then repeat...All while in motion and all within a second or two. After 5-10 minutes, the display seems to stabilize and display normally. Twice, I have removed the connection pin assembly attached to the head display, lubricated the pins with a light lithium lubricant and replaced with no change. The display does not seem to coincide with either bumpy movement or smooth movement. Any movement of the ATV seems to effect the on/off issue. Stop, and it will work normally, 5-15 minutes, it will happen less frequently.

Could another electrical connection be the culprit? Dried or corrupted connection somewhere? That would seem logical, but from where?

Any ideas from you pros???
