Default I need help identifying this part

Hey guys my name is Jim, I recently bought a Hi-Bird ATV model QH 250 STW. I need help identifying this brake line looking hose attached to the top of the front shock. Also does anyone know if I can buy replacement shocks for this ATV or any replacement parts at all. I'm having a hard time finding parts for this I did read that it is hard to find parts but I figure someone on this forum may have found some somewhere.

One last thing, i'm mechanically familiar with cars and I work construction so i'm good with tools and such but I am new to working with ATV's so can anyone tell me, do companies make universal plastics for ATV's that maybe I just have to modify slightly to fit or something. Anything information on that would help.

Here's a picture of what part I need identified, its the brake line looking hose attached to the shock there.

Welcome to the forums.

What does the other end attach to? First thought it some type of reservoir to make it adjustable.

The other end connects to a bullet shaped, I'd say it was a reservoir, piece of metal. The other end of the hose is in the, it's above the word also I wrote in red. I guess that's a reservoir that feeds the fluid filled shocks?? Am I right??

That would be my guess, adjustable shocks. With plastics the Chinese ATV factories use plastics made by other makers. So, if those used by one maker look identical to those used by another, it could be because they are identical. However most are roughly copies of Suzuki or Yamaha plastics, and come in different sizes to suit the frame, so those for a 50cc may look identical to those on a 125cc but be different sizes.
