Got a 2000 300 ex rebuilt carb is cleaned and here's the issue. At about half throttle it's cutting out and will shut off but only while in gear. Will idle fine and rev fine unless it's in gear also have noticed fuel coming out the overflow is the float adjustable? Or any other ideas please?

 

I have this same problem on my smaller bikes, the engine is running rich because the carb float is stuck open. And when you mean bog, do you mean the engine just cuts out or does it pop until you let off? If it does pop, it is running extremely lean and you need to adjust your jetting immediately or you will blow your motor. My 86 350x is doing that only in gear and under full throttle too but I know it is running way too lean. Sorry your having trouble with your bike man.
