I have a Polaris 400 2-stroke I was running it earlier and all the sudden the motor locked up and I thought maybe the head had warped because it's been overheating but I got the motor partially on locked that acts like it's hitting the cylinder wall do you think I have a warped head or what else do you think might have got damaged in my motor somebody I talked to suggested water pump but I thought maybe cylinder head

 

If it has been overheating then you might have a lean burn condition or lack of 2 stroke oil if it is an injection system. Both issues will cause overheating

 

It is a carbureted engine but if anything is running more on the heavy oil side than not enough oil cuz I mix and more than what it calls for
