Default New guy and I need new tires

I am very new to the atv world, like I have .09 miles on my 2004 Polaris 500 HO I just bought. I am in need of new tires and the size now is 25x8-12 fronts and 25x11-12 rears. So the question is can i put a 26x8-12 and 26x11-12 tire on my atv with out any problems. I am having a hard time finding the correct size and wouldn't think an inch increase in diameter would matter in driveability. To clarify I bought this to ride around campgrounds and country dirt roads so I do not need a mud bogger tire. Any help would be appreciated

I had a nice wrap put on the atv to update the 16 year old look.

.

I would think it not being a radical change, it would be fine.

Lots of folks go one inch bigger on replacement tires. You have plenty of power in your 500 so there should be no issues there. Some folks go really big but then you need clutching changes. Your one inch will probably look better as well.

The tire sizes you mention shouldn't be an issue at all. Nice wrap as well. Are you going to put the front rack back on?

Yes the front rack was off because I had to model wins to the from bumper and a needed to remove it for the rap. The back rack is just sitting there
