I can start it up drive it for few min tell it gets warm then acts like has no power i checked comp both cylinders 150 new plugs and wires

Really werid thing is when its acting up if I shut it off restart it will be fine for few sec I can give wot lots power after that same thing

I checked fuel pressure today reading 38psi at key on when I start it drive it after bit with dip in to mid low 30s Gage all over place when driving it by chance I have bad fuel pump?
