2005 sportsman 700 efi code 41 and 45

2005 sportsman 700 efi code 41 and 45
Hi I have a 05 Sportsman 700 efi that will run rough and cut out. Has codes 41 and 45. What I have done.
replaced
tbap sensor
tbap repair harness
fuel filter
spark plugs
new gas
I have run the wires from tbap up to ecm. Has 5 volt power and ground. It has voltage on the air temp wire (pink white). And the power is coming from the ecm. I’m not for sure if that wire needs power or ecm is bad and giving power.
