Here’s the issue I’m having with my wheeler. Wheeler is a 07 800 x2 with 1900 miles on it. And won’t engage unless you move the wheeler about 10ft and it will engage hard. I had it on a lift and it engages and disengages instantly. Here’s my quick list of trouble shooting. The Speedo works and it shows on the cluster and when switch is turned on. I’m fairly certain all electrical is fine. It has proper fluid the last fluid change I did was about 200 miles ago. The problem is the same in lo high and reverse. If I sit and spin without moving it will never engage the awd. Seems like it needs to be spinning and wheeler needs to travel about 10 to 15ft. Once it engages its stays engaged with no problems until you put it in neutral or reverse then you are back at step one. Any help greatly appreciated thanks.
