Can anyone advise what my issue might be. I have a kandi 90cc buggy and when in forward gear it has no drive. Same in reverse. Whe the wheels are off the ground the wheels try to turn but just seems it doesn't have the power. I have just replaced the clutch but still the same issu. Thanks
