Yep I've read most of the old threads n I found the ol man's post (r.i.p.) n tried his recommendation but I had a couple questions..
He talks of using the "black" wire in all the tests w the other colors.. is that black wire the one in the 2 wire stator plug ?
. He also talks about unplugging a black wire. No black wire to unplug at stator wiring. Only black wire I found was coming off ignition switch ... n when I unplugging that I lose all power...
. N I'm sure he's meaning you isolate the parts (unplug) before testing...
