Default Looking for help with Gio Beast

Hi all
just bought a 2008 Gio beast in almost new condition. The guy started it when I picked it up but since I got home I am not sure what to do to start it.
it has a blue toggle switch that lights up. Should that light be on? It also has a red and green light above those on the Center of handle bars.
Mia there a manual for this thing somewhere online.
thanks for any help
Paul

Anyone know what these three lights are for??

Don't know the Gio at all, but toggle switch looks suspiciously like a modification to me, has it got a key switch? If not I would guess that has been fitted to replace it. Quads usually have a "lock-out" to stop you starting the bike unless it is in neutral (if it has gears), or a brake must be on. Also there is a kill switch somewhere and, on some bikes, the starter won't work if it is in the kill position, some of these are "remote" so the bike comes with a remote box so the parent can kill the engine remotely if it looks like the child is getting into trouble. Some have a "sink plug" with a long cord. Parent follows the bike, holding the cord, and yanks the plug out if the child gets into trouble. Some just have a kill switch (usually red) on the handlebars.
