Had water in my oil. Thinking my vent line froze and it blew out my oil tank resevoir. Turned it off immediately after it blew. Just got a new resevoir and put that on. Was going to start it and do a few oil changes to try to get the water out only to find out that the motor is froze. My question is if the water that was mixed with the oil froze in the motor what can i expect once it thaws out. Sitting in a heated garage at the moment. Will i be able to get it turned over? Is it seized or just hydrolocked?

sounds like possible major engine issues. bad rings, cracked head gasket or worse. hard to tell until you get into it.
