No start issue

Yes, but you would be making an awful lot of work for yourself. Far easier to fix the original harness, or fit one of those "universal" Chinese harnesses, or even start from scratch. Honda 350s use a strange AC/DC CDI with the fan motor wiring going through it too. Putting that onto a Chinese bike is going to be fun.

Original problem was no spark, and after following directions posted here to find the problem I now have no power to the start button...... any ideas helpful. Oh, took other Chinese quad to neighbors garage last year to fix for grandsons and when he was finished I was out $1500 and still had no quad.

Don't take another bike there then!
Seriously, if you can't fix the existing wiring yourself, you are not going to be able to make the wiring from another bike work. Only option then is to get someone else to fix it. Problem is, auto wiring is getting more and more of a specialist job. Carburettor equipped ATVs are at the easier end, so many motorcycle mechanics can fix such machines, but some can't and, as you have found, they don't all admit they can't.
