Good Evening just bought my son a LTA 50, cleaned carb, new airfilter housing and derestricted it and installed CT racing goodies and it runs amazing until he lets off gas to return to idle and it dies. Ive done all the diag and am finding its sucking air where intake goes into carb (plastic bushing). For the life of me i cant find a replacement plastic bushing/sleeve i saw a youtube video where the guy showed it being a kawasaki part with suzuki part number but cant find it now. any help is appreciated hes getting frustrated by it dying and so is my hand from having to get off my quad and restart it everytime.

 

Can't find it separate from the carb in parts books and wouldn't be at all surprised if it cost more than the complete Chinese knock off carbs, if you could get one. They usually get a grip when you tighten the clamp but I would be tempted to either put some sealent round the joint or get a knock off carb and use that, or swap the bushing out of it.
