Having issue sourcing an gearshift drum
24300-hn5-670 any one can shed light on this appreciated is there any other years compatible with this?

Just checked the parts lists and the same drum was still used in 2006 when production ceased, so looks like unavailable at all, unless you can find new old stock, or used.

 

I thought from 2001 onwards was a different oem 24300-HN5-671 am I right in assuming this an updated oem from 24300-HN5-670 and is compatible with a 2000 trx 350?

 

Hn5 is the same production code Also honda had recall on early year because drum end was breaking off so the 671 would be update from 670 I worked for honda 17 year and I remember well reverse would go out because the end would break off just remember the middle numbers and letter are production code
