Hello ATV enthusiasts,
I have inherited an ATV that is in pretty bad shape. I believe it’s one of the models I mentioned but I’m not sure. I was hoping to restore it but I am struggling to find any parts especially because I am in Australia.
does anybody know where I might be able to find some parts for this ATV? or am I wasting my time here.

 

I think you're right. I was going to say Baja or Yamoto judging by the headlight mounts and the shaft drive. It's going to be expensive if you want to restore it unless you have the body plastics. You can try vmcchineseparts.com for parts, but I have a feeling international shipping is going to be much more than it's worth.

 

Yeah I have been watching a lot of Praska boys garage and getting inspired by him. He recommended VMC as well, but they don’t ship to Australia.

 

Little Yamoto's seem to be shaft drive copies of the Yamaha 90, but plastics will be generic Chinese. Engine will be a Honda cub clone. It is almost certain that there will be Chinese spares specialists in Australia, we have them in the UK and I suspect the "kid's Quad" market in Australia will be big enough for them to be there too. As with most Chinese stuff, you have to buy what you think may fit, as sellers don't know if their parts will fit other makes beside the one it is listed for.
