I have a 05 Polaris sportsman 500 HO , Runs idle for about 20 minutes then shuts off, the check engine hot light does come on after a few minutes of running, I have replaced temp sensor, thermostat, radiator and radiator cap, water pump mechanical seal and blade, fan runs good, have to wait an hour to start it back up?
