No Spark! 1994 Xplorer 400

No Spark! 1994 Xplorer 400
Hey guys! I’m completely lost on this Xplorer I just bought. Bought it cheep not running and it has no spark. The starter also turns over with the key off and out which I thought was weird. Here are some readings I got.
Stator readings:
White and White/Red 136
Red and Red/Black 256
Yellow and Yellow/Red 0.7
Yellow and Black 1.1
Not getting any voltage from the stater wires going to the CDI but not sure if my multimeter can read that. I also tried unplugging the black wire to the CDI. Thanks
