Everything was fine then all of the sudden our little 1995 Suzuki lt 80 wont roll when not running. When we start it it wants to take off instead of just sitting there. You can still ride it but when you stop it you have to stay in the brake . Im thinking the clutch rollers maybe need to be replaced. Brakes are fine carb is idling fine. Its almost like something has locked up with the clutch rollers. Just wanted some opinions before i dig into it.

Yep, get into the clutch's. You'll prolly find something wrong in the variator. FYI: the rollers flip when the clutch is pulled off so don't think that was it.
