So Bombardier came out with a 650 Sport Utility...

I guess all they did was use the 500's frame and plastic and just put in a 650. When did they come out with this new design??
They call it the Quest 650. Does it have good competition with the Kawi 650??

I think the frame (or at least the plastic) had to be enlarged a bit to make room for the larger engine. If you'll notice, the middle "area" between the seat and the handle bars comes up a little more than on the Traxter.
However, it's still just as ugly as the Traxter...
Its probably designed to compete with the Prairie 650, but I believe the V-twin makes a good deal more power than the single-cylinder 650.
Did I mention it's ugly?

the xt package doesnt look to bad. what they should do is make a accesory that fits between the gap that looks like a gas tank but could make compartments in it for extra storage. as far as perfomance goes it should be pretty powerful if their using the ds 650's engine.

Yes it does look like an ugly beast
Ya they did have to raise the plastic a bit where the step-through hole used to be.
I BET IN THE NEXT YEAR THERE'S GONNA BE A BIG OUTBREAK IN LARGER ATV'S LIKE THE 600'S & HIGHER. YOU WATCH, HONDA, SUZUKI, ARCTIC-CAT, POLARIS WILL ALL HAVE HUGE UTILITIES LIKE THE KAWI 650 AND BOMBAR 650.

Bomb has an accessory bag that fits between the gas tank and then engine. It's not waterproof and get's pretty warm between there so you need to be selective what you put in there, but does have a real handy map flap over the top of the bag.
