quads and dirtbikes are totally different,

but i bet the quadzilla would keep right on a 250, but get lost with the 500.

The CR 500 is the fastest, quickest and has the most hp,by far. The Quadzilla 500 makes about 44-48hp, the CR makes almost 62hp, while the Yz makes about 42hp. The Quadzilla would give the Yz a hard time in a dragrace, but would get its a** handed to it by the CR. Totally depends what kind of riding you do as to which one would bring you the most enjoyment. I myself would go with the Quadzilla, but if you choose to get a bike get the Yz, I hear it is about the best 250 ever made. The CR is a beast, and is a handfull on the MX track, but outpowers everything else out there, so if you wanna be the untouchable one, get the CR, there are very few people who own them as they have no real purpose, other than sheer power.
