Has anyone attempted to do this? If I could buy all the upgraded gears that I needed, I would be glad to do the labor myself! Just the piece of mind it would give would be worth it! If the 2002 models have been introduced, SURELY they have info and part numbers on the different components. Has anyone thought about calling Yamaha to find out info, prices, cost, and availability? Just a thought...maybe we can make our 2001's just as good for less money than we think. Please post any thoughts and results on this idea!!
