Hi guys,
Anyone on here ever bought the Bombardier handlebar bag for the DS.
I just wondered if it was worth the money. It's not alot of $$$, but just wanted to know how big it is & if it sits in the way etc. Any help would be nice....
c-ya,

I have one and it works pretty well. The only thing I dont like about it is that it flops around alot. I also have the fender bags that strap to the rear fenders and they are vary nice. You dont even know they are there until you need somthing in them. I would go that route. They are worth the money.

The bag works great, it holds my GPS and maps pretty well at the same time. (Small foldable maps that is.) However, the way I ride, it was landing upside down on the gas tank side of the handle bars every minute or two. So, I just pulled it off, and re-mounted it so that it was right side up on the gas tank side. It's easier to access, and doesn't move at all now. I can see all the lights etc just fine. I figure it's worth the $20 to have a handlebar bag that actually works, as opposed to trying to strap a hip-pack to the handlebars and get it to not bind the control cables or fall off.
