I have 3 questions here, When Retorquing the cluth onto the crankshaft, what is it suppose to be toqued down to? When Retorquing the Jug onto the base what is that suppose to be torqued down to? Also what about the head? this is a 2 stroke for those of you who are wondering

Thanks

John

Cylinder: 25-29 ft.-lb.
Head: 17-18 ft.-lb.

I would assume the clutch your talking about is the primary clutch, since it sounds like you're rebuilding the engine. I would assume the clutch cover torques will be useful also since both the inner and outer have to be off to remove the engine.

Drive pulley screw: 40 ft.-lbs.
Driven pulley screw: 17 ft.-lbs.
Inner cover screws: 12 ft.-lbs.
Outer cover screws: 7.5 ft.-lbs.
