Do you want replacement parts for things you have broke, or worn out? Or do you want accsessories? if it is accsessories you want, try the online store at: http://www.purepolaris.com/v2.0-img/.../desc/atv.html

hey pflueeb give me your email address and I will email our phone number. I know for a fact I have the sensor in stock and should have the bolts. Since you live in Pittsburgh it will only take one day to reach you.

I too agree it would be nice. It will also come to pass. BUT the trouble then is what good is a dealership network and how will they survive? You can't test ride or even look at (physically) a new machine online and then what aboot warrenty work? It's a catch 22.

I don't know of anyone doing Pol yet, but there are some dealers (on their own) that have set up microfiche online and order direct from them, and sometimes at a (ever so slightly) reduced price. I feel they can do this because in this media they generally won't have NEAR the time spent with the customer / sale. The other thing that I REALLY like aboot this is if I get the wrong part, and it's the # I ordered, then I am the one to blame. I like that better than some OTHER jerk screwed up my trip.

One thing that also bothers me ( and I know that that's how the software works) is that when I want to order a seat (for instance) they ask questions like 2or 4 WD? What exactly doese that have to do with the number of chipmuncks that died in California mud slides in 1937? Oil filter for Chevy truck. What color Paint? 2 tone or stripped package. UGH!
Sliding back window? WHAT?!

I just like dealing with the fiche myself and making sure that it's what I want.

Talking aboot buying parts online. I believe that was the question. To buy parts online a web site would have to have microfiche. You can't just e-mail Polaris and say that you want a widget for your brake thingy.

Here is an example.

hlsm.com

The rest is just me rambling on aboot dealing with parts guys.
