what ever happened to customer service, has anyone else ever called a vender looking for a part, you know their prices are higher but you deal with them because they seem to care about their customers. the owner tells you sure they have the part, and its in stock we'll send it right out to you. a week goes by- you inquire about it. you are told that part is on back order from the manufacturer. wait this company i have been dealing with lied to me to get my business that they already had.
