It's pretty damn awesome to hear the name, Raptor in a movie. Makes you feel good all over. We have a movie-star in the makings. Just like the movie depicts; Raptors are the most talked about species in the movie. Reminds me how popular the Yamaha Raptor is. For now it's the best high-performance machine on the market. Raptors are running the movie industry...you gotta love it!!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Is it just me or does everyone elses Raptor gets so much compliments.

I saw the movie today as well. The name "Raptor" was mentioned quite alot. Yeah, that's all I could think of too. They could have said "Velociraptor". But, they didn't. Too cool. They movie itself was OK. No biggie.

 

ummm how old are you guys? do you know the least bit about advertising and product names? You probably think that Yamaha chose RAPTOR cuz it sounds cool. Don't even bother responding to these questions: I'm making fun of you and don't care about your responses.

Yeah yeah, its like this, The Raptor quad was around way longer than the Dinasour, they named the movie one after the quad. And the anchient screaming tortured souls from Scotland that gave all the Lepracuans hell was named after the Yamaha Banshee. God decided to name a light wind a Breeze after he saw popular childs quad.And some guy came up with the number 400 after he saw a 400ex, he was all like "398, 399, uh, um. Anyhow, didnt have a response that carried any value so just take it for what its worth.

How old are you? Yamaha choose the name Raptor because("cuz" is for people who are illiterate)they anticipated it would swooped down and eat everything else up! So far so good! When I watch a western and hear the term "mustage" used, I don't generally think of a wild horse, but A Ford instead. I don't concider myself 15 instaed of 39, I just like the the name and the car. Get a life.
