GRINDING NOISE ON BLASTER FRONT BRAKES WHEN WET...HHHEEELLLPPPPP!

My blasters front brakes make a loud grinding/honking noise when wet (and for a long while after they are wet, even up to weeks! does anyonbe know what is wrong with it and how to fix it??? thanx in advance 4 all of ur help!!! cya

are they the stock brackes iff so they probly need to be changed but if they ar not then I have now idea!

yep, they are stock, ps how much does it cost to change them and are there any aftermarket brakes that are better (fronts)

You can replace the stock pads with DP Pads ( i had good luck with them ) for around 40 bucks total. You can however replace the fronts with hydro discs, im not aware of any aftermarket kit, all the ones ive seen were custom jobs with banshee or warrior spindles.

Its just crap in the drum, probally just one of the two are making noise? My blaster did the same thing, sounded HORRIBLE, like grinding gears, cleaned them out, and they havent done it since.

Broke my- Yes. Just take off the hub cover and spry it down with brake cleaner. NOT WD-40!!!!!!!!!!. This happend to me on my blaster too.

This happens to me all the time. Sometimes it makes that loud noise and then locks up. The pads are fine but there where little chunks of rust and debris in the drum. Just take it apart clean it real good and even use some high grip sand paper and clean rust off of the drum.
