Bandit XCs or ATs??? how wide?

I have a Warrior and have decided I am getting some Bandits for the rear. Should I get the ATs or give the extra $10 for the XCs?
Do they make these in an 11" wide, will that fit on my stock 10" wide rims, or am I just better off to go w/ a 10" due to my Warriors power/gearing?
Thanks allot... oh yeah... I do mostly trails riding, with some mud and MX mixed in.
