WHAT IF ANYTHING WOULD YOU CHANGE ABOUT YOUR DEALER SHIP.OR STUFF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE.

I would make them give me free quads..

No, seriously, i would have them come back under $50per hour on service. Not that I take my quads to dealers anyway.. But it would be nice to know that if I didnt' feel like changing bearings in it.. I could get it done for under $200

1. know what the he11 they're talking about
2. not take forever to find my parts
3. stop overcharging everyone
4. have stuff in stock

as you can see, my local steelership is very bad, I hardly ever go there.

I learned the best time to go to my dealer is this time of the year after the spring rush but before hunting season starts and then if you need service work go in the dead of winter. They are just the most relaxed people at those times of the year. Anytime else it seems like they are sitting on pins and needles with their hair standing up on the back of their necks.
