I was at the local bomb dealer today lookin' at some Sea Doos, then I asked if they heard any news on some new ATVs from Bomb and he told me they were testing 4 different Prototypes; a 375cc 2-stroke Twin Sport Quad, a 400cc Full-Race 4-stroke Sport, a 400-class true Sport-ute 4x4, to compete with the Scramblers and Wolverines, and he claims they are also testing a Mini!

I hope he's not BS, but he probably is, but wouldnt it be nice to have that 2-stroke?

Find out if they are doing some of the testing at thier test track in Florida. I know they usually do some testing down here and I ride sometimes near where the've tested the DS before. I live near it and also go to the shop they use when they are testing down here. Some of the guys in the shop are proto test riders for Bombardier. I'll check into it on Tuesday and see if I can get any info.

Keep us posted guys. I know many people are interested in the new sport quads that are (hopefully) in the works. I ride a Kawi but plan on purchasing a new quad in the next year, so I am very interested in everything that is coming out.

There will be NO 2-stroke. I work at my local Bomb. shop and we had Greg Row and a Bomb rep come in. They brought 2 quests that we got to ride. THey said there will be a full line of ATV's, like the size of Yamaha's and Honda's lineup by 03. Yes, with minis. they also said that the new sport quad Probably won't be out this year. It will be a 400cc 4-Stroke. They said that the 4-strokes are the future and that they want to be apart of the growth. Also, they want to be top 3 in ATV sales by 03. So that means sports, utilitys, 4x4s, minis, high prof's, everything in their lineup!
