Does Harley Davidson.......
#6
Harley-Davidson's involvement with Rotax began with Ron Wood Racing, who built 3 Wood-Rotax dirt trackers for the factory riders Jay Springsteen, Randy Goss and Scott Parker in 1984, and supplied 22 500 cc engines in order to "homologate" them as H-D. For the 560 engine, they used the KTM. In the confusion that followed, harley stickers were applied to just about any Rotax powered motorcycles. Now their connection is through Armstrong in England, builders of military motorcycles used around the world. These are 490cc. Many of these motorcycles and engines are available in used/reconditioned form.
