Anybody modify the stock Raptor silencer?

Yes,very noticeable power gains w/out baffel,I just did it until a shootout comes out. As far as jetting goes,I have more air intake,so I tried 155 160 w/ airscrew out 1 1/4 past stock. After about an hour of ride I blew a hole in my carb boot. I still think I'm getting to much air,and I'm sick of tearing the carbs off to try different jets. I'd just leave it stock and don't modify it at all!

How the heck did you get the baffel out? There is one screw that holds it in. I removed that, but it seems like it's stuck in there...

My buddy pulled his out with some vice grips and did NOT have to rejet. He claims it did make a noticeable difference. If you dont destroy the baffle when extracting it, which you shouldnt, you can put it back in if you want. It may take some pulling, but it will come out...
