I was wondering how many people that own quads have no land to ride on, and have to look for places to ride. At my house i have built a 1/2 mile mx track, and built 5 to 6 miles of trails. I am about to add 5 to 7 more miles of trails. My land has a fork of a major river running thru part of it. There are hills, open areas, woods etc. I have been to some other riding areas that charge 10 dollars a quad, but felt they were more for motorcycles than quads.

The question i ask is: Would you be willing to pay to rent a ridding area for the day for yourself and friends and how much would it be worth to you.
