she only gave me a quick look of the dealer brochure and i did not see pricing nor did i ask.
sp 500 had a heavy duty suspension and some other things that i don't remember.
(i am going to ask her for a copy of the brochure though)

I knew about the skid steer, they have 2 up at the dealership that uflg95 works at. They are pretty wild. Let's just say that they will go where no wheeled skid steer would even think of going. At $20K+ they should. They have three cylinder diesel motors in them (Please don't get any ideas Polaris, one diesel quad was enough) and are much lighter than your ordinary skid steer (right, like Polaris should save weight on this baby and make their quads as heavy as your average skid steer, something ain't quite right here). All in all they are pretty kick a$$ machines.

Polaris owns a stake in ASV who is the manufacturer of the PosiTrack rubber-tracked skid steer. ASV also makes the track assemblies that Cat puts on it's tracked skid steers. These are awsome machines with great capabilities and the really cool thing is the load factor. With so much surface area on the tracks, you can drive one in a yard without making ruts. You can even run it in swampy areas.

They are the Profrssional Series.
They all have heavy suspension and lower gearing as their main differences. The lower gearing helps with towing and hauling and limits top speed for companies worrying about workers. The Ranger has low and super low, no high range. They are yellow, but the Ranger dumpbed is still black, just yellow decals.
The loader is an ASV Posi-Track RC30 model. They have been out for about a year or so now and are incredible machines. They run so much smoother than Bobcats, no bouncing, and low low ground pressure that won't tear up the ground. They are very skinny too. The operate by a single joystick on your left for forward/reverse/left/right, and the right joystick is your loader arms, attachenets, and auxilaries. The throttle is on the floor on the front right. They use Cat motors in them. The Polaris model is the same thing with a Polaris sticker on the side. We've had them both side by side in our shop and had the mechanic go over them, they are identical except for decals and the Polaris model is a light yellow color. The RC30 is an awesome machine. Most dealers will probaly rent them out like crazy before they sell them. Very very easy to operate for rentals, and good features for expierianced users.
