Well I posted a few weeks ago about my new Grizzlies maiden voyage and the problems I had.I was mad as a hornet but did calm down. I fixed the clutch,as well as the other ailments.Sunday we headed out for a second trip. Well, now I'm now mad as hell and I ain't gonna take it anymore.New ailments: 1)Rear brake will not release, unless you reach in and actually pull on it 2)Headlight fell out 3)Front rack has a crack at one of the welds.I have never hauled anything on it yet!! 4)It over heated 3 times in 80 degree weather 5)Worst of all.It will not go into 4wd,hit the button, you hear it trying but it will not lock into 4wd. I wish i could explain why I am having all these problems.I now have 160 miles over two trail rides. My buddy has 1500 miles on his Griz and all he has done is change the oil.I love my Grizzly, but man i can't keep fixin it on the trail.I have not had anything major go wrong...yet.I know i must have a lemon.I have a trip planned this saturday. If I have one stinking problem i'm gonna sell this jinxed piece of crap and camp out at the Arctic Cat dealers steps until he gets in a new automatic.

It is under warranty. So what.Did you buy your ATV to spend your spare time running it to and from the dealer? I know i didn't.My dealer is 45 minutes away. I work 12 days on, 2 off, have for 4 years now.So when i have my days off I want to run the trails not the highway to the dealer.I am not ripping Yamaha's in general, just my lemon sucking Grizzly. It must run in my family. My uncle just got his new (replacement) Honda 450 es.They gave him a new one after he had tranny failure after 400 miles,as well as numerous other problems.Just goes to show you that nothing is sacred.

Don't give up on the Grizzly, I'm a recent converted Polaris owner. So I understand your frustration with a quad that breaks in the woods every-time you ride it. That creates stress not releases it (as atv's are designed to do). My Grizzly has been great so far!! The only thing I have brought it back to the dealer for is when shifting from rev to forward or nuetral to forward etc the clutch seems to hesitate a bit then click into gear-they are telling me that is normal ops but my friends grizz doesn't do it?

Any one else experiencing this?
