Uni Filter on the Raptor doesn't fit right
#1
Anyone else here installed the Uni-Air Filter on thier Raptor? I went to put this in my Raptor, but it doesn't seal up against the air box. Granted, the instructions said to put soem grease on it to help it seal but even with the grease, it didn't seal up. I doing something wrong here or is the just a junk filter?

I didn't have a problem with mine. Is the rubber flange on the UNI filter deformed? Maybe from shipping? Mine just slid right into the groove on the stock filter basket. Then put the white plastic piece on the end to lock it onto the basket. Later

I just put the two stage Uni filter in my Raptor with no problems. I didn't know at first that you have to slide the air box top cover on from the rear so that the gasket gets compressed against the front of the box. If you just try to put the box down on the top, you can't get the gasket to fit right...
Good luck,
