I was wondering if anyone has ever tried making there explorer lighter, I have a 1999 xplor 400 and thought it would be a good idea, let me know of all your ideas to making it lighter, so far i got rid of that heavy stock pipe and put on a much light one. Also muddyforlife, think Rick can fix a dynoport pipe in terms of the angle and legnth and performance? is it worth fixing it? Thanks
